This glove utilized more of a flat pattern and was designed for the positions that require the player to use two hands to scoop up the ball. The Conventional back on the PROS151CB was made with an additional break point that allows it to be easier to squeeze. This model was geared more towards the middle infielder, especially towards the shortstop that wants the two handed scooping function. The glove is I Web, patented by Rawlings in 1940, conforms to a lighter, smaller web desired by infielders.
